Makino laid its foundation on 1st May 1937 in Japan to establish activities like manufacturing, sale and export of machine tools, CAM systems, FMS cutter & tool grinding machines and other equipments. Now Makino has consistently been a leading builder of outstanding machine tools ever since we developed Japan's first NC milling machine. Makino's major product lines today include Horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, graphite milling machines, EDM's, Wire cut EDM's, Module MMC, Turnkeys and other machine tooling along with system engineering services. We are focusing more closely on what customers truly need. Today's paradigm demands superior machines designed for more clearly defined purposes. We are confident that our machine tools created in this way will continue to meet customer's diverse needs for many years to come.
